Professional Investigators College of Australasia (PICA) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO-40789) and is based in Queensland on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. PICA is owned by a licensed private investigator who has worked in the Investigative Services industry for many years. We offer students a nationally recognised qualification that will give you the practical skills and knowledge you need, not only to attain your Private Inquiry license in QLD, NSW, SA, VIC, and WA, but also to become a successful industry professional anywhere in Australia. At PICA, we offer personalised one-on-one assistance any time you need, so you receive the full support you need to complete this qualification and be ready to take on Australia as a qualified and job ready Private Investigator.

Meet Our CEO
After graduating from University with a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management), Gregory kicked of his career in 1990 by joining the NSW Police Force. Whilst in the NSW Police Force, Greg mainly worked in criminal investigations including heading up strike forces and other major investigations, both within Sydney, regionals and remote areas. He also gained investigations management and criminology qualifications. Greg was accredited as a police negotiator and worked in training young investigators.
After a successful career having risen to the ranks of Detective Inspector, he took his skills into the corporate world amongst workplace investigations.
Greg set up business in investigations which included workplace matters and workplace training, having a particular interest in harassment, code of conduct, bullying, as well as internal fraud. He oversees the development and training of compliance officers in local government.
Greg is a licensed investigator in both Queensland and New South Wales. He is also a Justice of the Peace (Qual). He holds many vocational qualifications in Training and Assessment, Investigation Services and Government (Investigations). He is a member the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), the World Association of Detectives (WAD), the Australian Association of Workplace Investigators (AAWI), the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD), and the Australian Institute of Professional Investigators (AIPI).
He has three children and thinks he can play golf.
