The Customer Response Branch is responsible for enabling a great place to live and protecting the environment for the community on the Sunshine Coast by working with our customers and business to achieve timely, customer focused service delivery, advice and advocacy in the areas of local laws, environment, health and legislative compliance.
As a Beach Patrol & Monitoring Officer your role focus will be to provide customer focused enforcement of Council’s Local Laws policies and relevant State legislation with an emphasis on education and self-regulation. To work collaboratively as part of a multifunctional team within the Response Services Unit and across the broader Customer Response Branch, Customer Engagement and Planning Services Group and Council.
