In this role, you will support the development and continual improvement of WHS processes procedures, systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); conduct audits, risk assessments and inspections; participate in safety inductions, manage training requirements for all employees, maintain training records; review existing policies, forms and procedures; record and investigate accidents, incidents and issues; advise and lead employees on various Health and Safety related topics; report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics; collaborate with colleagues to monitor compliance and safety issues; and continuous improvement facilitation, contribution and mentoring.

Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety is one of  the key requirements for this role.
