Investigator/Senior Investigator

The Fair Work Commission is currently advertising roles across the country for investigators! This is challenging and interesting work that will require a certificate IV in government investigations.

The duties of this role include, however, are not limited to:

• Assessing matters for potential contraventions of the Fair Work Act
• Gathering and analysing information to determine compliance with workplace laws
• Conducting site inspections and interviews with witnesses
• Exercising statutory compliance powers
• Preparing concise and accurate reports
• Providing excellent customer service.
