Sheriff’s Officer

Here’s some great roles in South Australia for those wanting to enter the justice system, as a Sheriff. In this role you’ll contribute to an effective support service to all court users by performing all the duties of a multi-skilled Sheriffs Officer, including in-court support, prisoner security, in court management of prisoners, court precinct security and point of entry searching. Additionally, you will oversee emergency evacuations of court buildings, ensuring the safety of all individuals present and responding to other emergency situations.

A certificate IV in Justice Studies would be a great lead in to a profession in the court system!
