Your Responsibilities:

You must make all payments as agreed in the payment authorisation form. Note: Funds will be automatically deducted from card details provided.

Should you fail to make a scheduled payment, your access to the course will be suspended. Should you fail to pay for your course in full, PICA will withhold your Certificate until payment is received.

You must read the Student Handbook prior to enrolling.

You must advise PICA if you are experiencing difficulties and would like additional support.

 

PICA’s Responsibilities:

PICA will provide you with quality training and assessment that meets the requirements of CPP30619 Certificate III in Investigative Services, PSP40416 Cert IV in Government Investigation.

Upon successful completion of any or all units, PICA will issue you with appropriate AQF certification.

PICA does not use any third parties to deliver training and assessment on its behalf.

Should PICA cease to trade or have a change in ownership, students will be notified in writing and provided with a refund for the units that they have not completed.

Should PICA cease to deliver the qualification in which the student is enrolled, the student will be notified in writing and provided with a refund for the units that they have not completed.
